Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information KronHub ("we," "us," or "our") collects when you use the KronHub script, its key system, this website and our Discord server (together, the "Services"), and what we do with it.

1. Information we collect

Purchases. Orders are processed by our store provider, SellAuth. We receive your order details, such as your email address, what you bought and your key. We never receive your full card or payment details.
Key checks. When KronHub starts, it checks your key with our key system. This check sends your key and may include a device identifier and your IP address, which are used to stop key sharing.
Discord. If you join our Discord server, we can see your Discord username and the messages you send there, as described in Discord's own privacy policy.
This website. The website doesn't use cookies or analytics. When you load a page, our hosting provider and the services that deliver our fonts (Google Fonts) and code highlighting (cdnjs) receive your IP address and basic browser information.

KronHub shows your Roblox display name and avatar inside its window. It reads them in the game and doesn't send them to us.

2. Information stored on your device

KronHub saves some files in your executor's workspace folder:

Kron.lua: your Lookup tab settings, including any webhook URL you enter.
NotSameServers.json: servers you've already visited with Join Another Server.
KronHub/Community: community scripts you've added.

These files stay on your device and we can't see them. You can delete them at any time.

3. Information sent to other services

Webhooks. If you turn on Send Webhooks in the Lookup tab, tree finder results are sent to the Discord webhook you entered. That data goes to Discord, not to us.
Downloads. Some features download code from GitHub, and Join Another Server asks Roblox for a server list. Those services see your IP address.
Community scripts. Scripts written by other users can make their own requests. We don't control them, and this policy doesn't cover them.

4. How we use information

To deliver your key and help with your order.
To check keys and stop key sharing, chargeback abuse and cracking.
To answer your questions on Discord.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.

We only share information with the services that run KronHub (our store provider, key system, Discord and hosting), when the law requires it, or when it's needed to protect KronHub and its users from fraud or abuse.

6. How long we keep it

We keep order and key records while your license is active, and afterwards for as long as we need them to handle refunds, disputes and fraud.

7. Your choices

You can ask us what order and key information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us on Discord. Deleting your key information ends your license.

8. Children

KronHub isn't meant for children under 13. If you think a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top.
